I put these in my Brooks Ghost. They fit perfectly. They were not difficult to put in the shoe. WOW! They made an amazing difference. I have a high arch. I have a difficult time finding supports that actually support my arch, but arch support on these is incredible. These are perfect for runners with a neutral gait who want a combo of cushioning and support.

The insoles are in my running shoes. The good thing is that they add cushion. These are best for an individual with a high arch.

I needed a product to support esp. my left foot which has been painful after runs. I suspected that I needed arch support & purchased RRS Neutral Cushion Insoles. My runs have been much more comfortable and my foot much less painful. Thanks for a great product.

I purchased these on the recommendation of a podiatrist. I had had to withdraw from a marathon due to plantar fascitis, then had a severe cycling accident that damaged the same heel. I used them in shoes to walk in until I was cleared medically to run, then transferred them into the running shoes he had recommended. I am running pain-free for the first time since mid-February! They have worked great for me!

Nice insoles. I would recommend going down in size if you wear a half size. They have a bit more arch support/cushioning than the regular cushion insoles, but they seem to have a little less cushioning in the front of the foot.

I put insoles in my trial running shoes. My shoes were worn and my new ones would take 3 weeks to arrive. I have extremely high arches which can often hurt, without proper support. This product works perfect for me. Feet were less sore and shin splints stopped.
However, they did make my shoes tighter. I just wear my thinner running socks with them.

I had foot surgery about a year and half ago so I really try to baby my foot and still get my miles in. I just started using these, but I think they are better than the flimsy ones that came in my nice shoes.

I throw out my running shoe's insole and replace it with this RSS neutral cushioned insole. My six mile run is more tolerable with these insoles. This is my second pair. The first pair lasted about 2000 miles.

I had a comfy pair of running shoes that really felt heavy on my feet and weren't so supportive when I was actually running. These inserts worked like a charm- gave me support and comfort exactly where I was looking for it. I have very high arches and tend to run on the inside of my feet. I was worried about having to buy a full size when I wear a half size, but going a half size down was perfect! They do make your shoes feel tight, but they have so much cushion, it works.

The insert was a bit too snug so I trimmed a bit off the toe end; then it slid in easily. On first wearing it was comfortable. It was the first time I had used the product. I have used them for only two weeks, but like them better than another brand which I had previously thought was perfect.

I wear Vomero Zoom's for my 12 hour shifts in the ER. I actually add the Cushion Plus inserts to my shoes without removing the insole of the shoe. This particular insert seemed to take up a little more room than previous pairs and the arch seemed a little stiff but after wearing them around the house awhile, the shoe became comfortable and with the extra cushion I need. I would recommend them and wouldn't go to work without them!

I have really high arches and have difficulty finding shoes for walking/running/hiking that have enough support. These insoles are great! They take the place of the regular shoe insoles and are cushy and support my arch. They fit my running shoes, walking shoes and hiking boots.

I love these inserts. I walk six days a week about 25 miles a week. These inserts are great no more burning in my feet, my ankles and shins feel so much better.
