I'm a walker, not a runner, but I still need a lot of cushion when I'm doing 30+ miles a week. I have a narrow foot and high arches, and these feel totally comfortable. The arch hits me in the right place and I can't feel it. I experience a lot of tenderness in the ball of the foot area, and these seem to provide the cushion I need while still being able to feel the road. The price was right.

When they say the "designed for a neutral runner with high arches" they mean it. If you don't have high arches don't buy these insoles. There is way too much insole in the arch area - especially with a normal width shoe. The other brand of cushion insoles RRS sold was so much better and more versatile for runners with different arches - which is what a cushioned insole should be.

I bought these to complement my Mizuno Wave Elixir 4s which were just a little "baggy" with the factory insoles. Buy them true to shoe size so 11 with 11 shoe. Made for a perfect fit....I ran PRs in Blackforest and Athens Marathons in that combo and just ordered another set!

I'm happy with these. I had Sofsoles and they were too thin, not as much cushion. These work better for me.

I have not owned these long enough to comment on durability, but they appear to be well made and of good quality. You must remove the insole (also called a sockliner) from your shoe and use these instead. You can not simply insert these on top of your shoe's current insole.

I use these insoles in my everyday running shoes. I have experiences a bit of lower back pain. I forogt how bad the insoles are that come with new shoes. I inserted these into my month old Mizzunos, and instantly felt the lower back pain ease. The comfort was obvious from the first step.

I just got these insoles, so I've only run in them a few times. I have bad knees and thought they may help out a little bit. It seems like my knees didn't hurt as bad today after my run, so maybe it just takes time. I think the real benefit for these insoles will be longevity for the shoe. I'll let you know in about three months.
I've got nothing bad to say, if you need insoles, these are good.

I purchased the insoles with a pair of running shoes. They feel great but beware on uneven running surfaces or steep hills. The heel area is so thick it puts your heel high in the shoe making them to easy to step out of on a obstacle course type run.

LOTS of cushion. Bought these for a pair of older shoes to get some more life out of them. It worked.

So glad I purchased these insoles. I have very high arches and need lots of cushioning. So much that pretty much the only shoe out there that provides enough is the Nike Vomero. With these insoles, I feel that I can purchase other brands of neutral shoes for rotational purposes and still have a super cush ride.......and my joints feel great, even after 50+ miles a week of running. Thank you RRS.

These took my semi-low end running shoes to the high end! Comfortable and supportive, it will even upgrade the most high end shoes.. I wear nike pegasus 28 and air moto 8 and I feel they have been enhanced.

I purchased this insole after reading comments and thought this might be a helpful addition to my running shoes. I have a high arch and over-pronate in my running. I have been experiencing some arch pain on long runs and lower leg/calf strain as well.

The insoles were an improvement over the insoles that came with the shoes. However, I don't think the insoles fully support my feet as I have the same pains as before and any difference in how I feel on long runs is negligible. Also, the insoles are a bit thick; my heel sits a lot higher in the shoe with these on and the toe box feels tighter. I tried to modify the heel portion to help with the height, with little sucess.

After these insoles, I tried the green Superfeet brand. (Note: I did not purchase through the website, as I needed a quick alternative, but the product is sold here I believe) The green Superfeet are a much better fit for me. Plenty of arch support and aren't much thicker than the original insoles. If you like a lot of "cushion" the Superfeet may not be for you, as they are a bit stiffer, esp in the arch to heel portion. The fit from the heel cup to arch is great for my high arch.

This is not to say the blue RSS Bounce insole is a bad product; I think there are better insoles out there for high arches. I will probably put the RSS insoles in a pair of work or hunting boots and have happier feet.

A while back I purchased a more expensive insole from RR Sports. When their rep suggested the RR insole, I was a bit skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. I can't run due to bad knees but walk 5 or more miles a day in the mountains on gravel roads. Without these insoles, I couldn't do it even with the best of running shoes. Adding these insoles allows me to keep on going.

I use the insert in many of my running shoes. It give the shoe that "new" shoe feel again.
