I broke these in on shorter 4 mile treadmill runs and just ran 7.5 miles on the pavement yesterday and they were awesome! I purchased blue superfeet and returned them because I needed more cushioning. These provided the stability and the cushioning I needed. I'm 5'10", 155lbs, flat footed, and have mild over-pronation. I've had IT band injuries years ago and am very careful when it comes to picking the right shoes/insoles. I have these in my 3rd pair of Saucony Hurricane 7s and I could not be happier.

These are the most comfortable insoles. Perfect support for your feet (arches).

The arch fits my foot, and the cushion is better than other brands for a supportive insole. I tried Dr. Scholls, Sofsole, spenco but these work better.

Bought these as my first pair of insoles and I love them! I was skeptical if they would make much of a difference but after a long run my feet feel great. Much cheaper than any name brand ones too.

I love these! - the Stable Runners had no support, these fit my arch, but have more cushion than my old Superfeet.

If you run in the Stable Runner 111 and were told that these insoles are taking there place, then you are going to be really disappointed. Do not buy these. They are nothing like the Stable Runner. These are more like a orthotic device, but not even really good for that. They do not have a deep enough heel cup to stabilize the foot. Your foot supinates because of this. The super feet are better as a orthotic insert. The original Stable Runner insert had just enough arch, a deep heel cup and a soft spot under the heel and under the forefoot. They were not cushioned. They were perfect if you just needed a little bit of stability. Another problem with the new RRS Stability is they are short. If you were an 8.5 shoe the size B will be too short for your shoe. I am really disappointed and now have to find an insert elsewhere.
