Typically I have gone to a pediatrist to have orthodics made in order to prevent running injuries from overpronation. I decided to try the RRS control insoles and find they are just as comfortable and work as well as my custome made orthodics... and for much less money!! Thank you for making a great product Road Runner Sport :).

Well, I waited about a month after I got these to write my review. Im 6'1'' 190lbs. beginner at running. I have flatfeet. These took about 2 runs to break in. You can feel a difference as soon as you put them on. Bottom line, No shin splints for me anymore. I am up to running 4 miles in 39minutes without stopping, and the times just keep peeling down. If you have flatfeet and have those shin splints on the inside of your legs, then i would recommend what I did, take a full week off and run with these soles. And go slow the first couple weeks.

I just received my insoles two weeks ago. I have flat feet. I have been battling shin splints on the inside of my lower legs for many years now. After two weeks of running my shin splints have gone away. I am hoping that it stays that way! Great product so far, thank you Road Runner Sports!

I have made these insoles a requirement with all new running shoe purchases. Once I tried them I could see improvements in comfort and stability. I use these every day. I have had plantar faciitus in both feet and am an under pronator and had surgery in both knees. I am also a heavy runner. This insole will help these problems. I suggest you get them.

I sufffer from knee pain due to alignment issues. Both my orthopedic Dr and the Physical Therapist thought these were perfect for me, and I agree. I have them in my running shoes and my everyday shoes.

I am a Personal Trainer and Group fitness instructor. I have plantar fasicitis and mortons neuroma. I need the best of shoes and the best of inserts. These are excellent, but REALLY support the arch. So much so, that I have tried them in my "lousy should get rid of sneakers" and they are STILL too high of an arch support. My feet feel like they are turning so far to the outside that I can only wear them for a minimum amount of time and not for fitness! Only buy if you are s super pronator

I used these insoles for the first time today and couldn't be happier. I was slightly skeptical about spending [$] on insoles but it was a worthwhile investment. I have flat feet and bad knees and today's run was the most comfortable I've had in recent memory. I ran further today than I have in months. Maybe it's the placebo effect but I'll still take it!

I have flat feet and usually will wear a motion control shoe. This gave me to much support with a motion control shoe but works great with a stability shoe.

These seem to do the job of correcting over-pronating, although I feel like it pushes my feet outward too far. Perhaps they will be more comfortable after I have worn them awhile.

this is probably the best pronation control and thinnest insole I've used. Lightweight and perfect. I'll definitely be buying more.

This is my first time using these insoles and as a flatfooted runner, comfort and support are vital to me. After 4 running sessions, I got used to these insoles and really like the extra support provided by these insoles. I am glad that I purchased them and recommend them highly.
