It look me a little time to get used to also, but I appreciate the angled insole to give me the support my no arch foot needs. I can wear these in a stabil shoe and it's enough support for me.

Wow, wedge really works on my flat feet. Takes a little break in for my legs, but feels good after getting used to it.
