    I put these insoles into my new running shoes for extra cushioning and to minimize impact. It makes a good running shoe, even better. These insoles last longer than the insoles that come in the shoes. They are reasonably priced especially when they are on sale. I also put them in my other shoes for everyday wear. In my opinion, they are a more nuetral insole for anyone who wants extra cushioning and support in their shoe. I usually wear Asics Gel Kayano.
