      This belt uses Fuelbelt bottles and sizing - try to get a smaller size than you might typically wear, you'll find yourself tightening it when running with two full water bottles. The velcro is adjustable, and if a problem you know RRS will take it back.

        I run 18-25 miles/week and use this in hot weather or for longer runs. At first I thought the size (medium) might be too small, but with two full bottles, a snug fit is great. I hardly feel the belt. The only thing I would change is to make the pocket a little larger to carry my phone as well as a snack/gels.
