      This belt uses Fuelbelt bottles and sizing - try to get a smaller size than you might typically wear, you'll find yourself tightening it when running with two full water bottles. The velcro is adjustable, and if a problem you know RRS will take it back.

      Good hydration belt. It doesn't interrupt my arms when I run and it doesn't weigh my pants down. However, the water isn't enough to keep you hydrated. Before you know it, your water supply is almost depleted. Also, the pouch is not very big. It can hold my license and maybe one packet of Gu or energy gel.

      Good for short runs with a novice runner.

        I run 18-25 miles/week and use this in hot weather or for longer runs. At first I thought the size (medium) might be too small, but with two full bottles, a snug fit is great. I hardly feel the belt. The only thing I would change is to make the pocket a little larger to carry my phone as well as a snack/gels.
