The spout leaks with pressure to the sides of the bottle, so don't count on throwing a loaded bottle into your sack to drink later. Hold them upright, without pressure, and you'll do fine.

Best Uses Comments about R-Gear Road Runner Sports Water Bottle 28 ounce Hydration: I love the size of this water bottle. It fits perfectly into Camelback waist packs. However, I bought six of these and five out of six leak terribly at the spout. They dribble when I try to drink out of them. They leak all over my backpack when I go hiking. I had one of the old blue ones, and it's still going strong, so I don't know what's up with these.

Comments about R-Gear Road Runner Sports Water Bottle 28 ounce Hydration: This is a new version of the standard RR water bottle. It's a little taller and thinner which I actually prefer for running. The BEST thing is the cap is interchangeable with the old model.
