I carry fluid replacement on any run that will last 90 minutes or longer. Many of my longest runs are on trails where refilling empty bottles is not possible, so being able to carry sufficient fluids comfortably is important to me. I am always on the look-out for something better than what I'm already using. The RR Sports belt looked like it could be a viable option.
Fuel belts are an individual thing. They either work for you or they don't. This one does't work for me for two reasons.
1. The location of the front bottle carriers causes my forearms to rub on the tops of the front bottles. Since the location of the bottle carriers is fixed, changing my arm swing was the only way to avoid the problem.
2. Sizing. For me, the size medium was not quite large enough and the size large was WAY too large. Cinching up first made it too tight to be comfortable. The second couldn't be cinched up enough to keep it being too loose.
High points are the ability of this belt to carry different size bottles and the padding at key pressure points.
This belt is worth trying. It didn't work for me, but if it fits, it may work well for you.
It's what I needed but I essentially had to pay twice
I selected this hydration belt because I needed four bottles for the hot summer runs in Washington DC. When this arrived in the mail (because they didn't have it in the local store) I was very excited. It was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately the velcro is absolutely non-functioning. I'm talking about no stick whatsoever. I tied the belt together during my first run with some heavy duty camping twist ties but obviously that's not going to fit the bill long-term. As much as I would have loved to return it, as I said, the four bottles and pouch are exactly what I needed. So, I took this to a local leather/shoe repairman. He charged me $25 to stitch on heavy-duty Velcro. I essentially ended up paying twice for this belt and sure would love to get a refund. But practically speaking I need it and now thanks to the skilled labor of my local shoe repairman, it is wearable and functional.
Hydration Belt works great
I use this for all of my long runs, and for races at least half-marathon length. The first one I got had the standard velcro, and over time it got frayed from all the use. The newest one I just bought has a different type of velcro, where I don't foresee that happening.
Also, be sure to buy it on the snug side. Attempting to put any sort of adhesive-backed velcro on the belt to enable a snugger fit didn't work well on my first belt. (I bought the wrong size, and with a little weight loss around the middle, it no longer fit well on its own.)
It's possible to slightly overfill the bottles -- that's when they wind up leaking a little bit. (Also if you don't manage to close everything fully.)
Biggest drawback is the fact that instead of it being 4 10-oz. bottles, it's 2 10-oz. and 2 6-oz. (Both sizes fit all four of the holders, so no good reason not to make it a 40-oz. capacity belt.)
Sending it back!
Loved how it fit and felt on a 16 mile run. Comfort gets an A+. However it fell way short in being what I needed. One of the front bottles fell out at one and a half miles on the first run. When I realized it was missing I backtracked only to find the bottle on the side of the road squished by cars. As I bent over to pick up the pieces another bottle fell out. Overall during my long run I had the misfortune of having bottles fall out at least half a dozen times. I tried wearing it at different levels on my midsection with the same sad results. Wish it worked out better or some kind of Velcro straps over the top to help secure them in place. Like I said earlier, it was very comfortable and if the bottles weren't dancing out and not telling me I would have loved this item. Four bottles for different brews-Great idea!

Ok, so-so comfort
I bought this when I started training for a half marathon. At first I bought a medium, but it stretched a little with use and so I got a small instead, which fits better. It has to be really tight to not bounce around. I find it helps to alternate the bottles as you drink them to redistribute the weight.
My biggest complaint is that my iPhone 5 does not fit in the pouch. It's a little too small, and the zipper will break. I added an Amphipod beltpod phone holder and that works. Now I can carry my phone and a Gu or some Chomps.
I did notice that it is hard for me to breathe deeply with the belt so tight. I switched to a hydration vest for longer runs (over 10 miles or on the trail), which is easier to breathe. I mostly use this during the week on shorter runs.

borrowed a friend's old fuel belt before purchasing one of my own - she suggested feul belt vs nathans. the differences between the one she leant me and the one i purchased were pretty noticeable and i loved the "new improved" version. anticipate using this for a long long time.
cris* aspiriing marathon runner!
Velcro Does NOT hold together
This was purchased for me as a birthday present for a marathon that I would be running. The Velcro is very thin and does not hold with the bottles filled and pouch filled.
I even tried to modify it by omitting the 10oz bottles to see if the weight difference and it still wouldn't hold.
I'll be returning this belt.

I use these 4-bottle belts for half marathon distance. Velcro isn't sticky enough, belt tends to fall off when am running b/c velcro fastener doesn't hold.
Am going with the Nathan 4-bottle holder instead as it has a snap-closed fastener (more secure).
Everything I needed
I have used Road Runner sponsored belts for training and races for a little over a year now. They work great and allow me to bring the fuel and hydration that works best for me. I barely notice the belts are there. Great product!

Not my favorite but it will do
I bought a small and it fits but the Velcro isn't the best. When I had it on in the car getting ready for my run it would keep coming undone. Fortunately it did not come undone on my run. I would have preferred 4 10 oz bottles for a total of 40 oz. I do very much like the zipper pocket though wonder if the zipper will hold up. My original running belt had a Velcro flap which was easier to deal with and no potential for failure.
A True Winnner
This fuel belt far surpasses my last one in all manners. The pouch easily fits an ID, 3 gel packs and some chapstick. The bottles are positioned well, balanced evenly throughout, and easy to clean. The belt doesn't ride up while runnning; sits comfortably on your hips.

zipper already non-functioning
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Not only will the Velcro not stay attached, now the zipper on the pouch is stuck. Biggest waste of money. I should have returned it after I used it the first time.
Comfortable long run belt
I sent back the original belt I ordered in small for a medium. I would definitely recommend going up a size from your waist measurement. Also, the pouch is pretty small. Would have liked to seen some loops for gels. Otherwise, a comfortable nice belt for long runs.

Liked it at first....
I liked it at first but now the velcro does not seem very sticky and it was coming undone too easily on my most recent run. May have to go back to a belt that clicks like a bike helmet instead of velcro....
The belt doesn't stay fastened, no matter what tension (how tight or loose) I fasten it. Need to take it to a cobbler to have a fastener of some sort put on it. It just keeps coming unfastened during my run. The Velco isn't very effective like the Fuel Belts I've purchased before.
Batman Utility Belt
Like its never there. You just run and you forgot you have your utility belt for water and also to keep your key.
San Diego, CA
Fits well and has 4 bottles so you can stay hydrated
The only problem is the pouch is too small for my phone which has my music and my running app
have not yet been able to use it
Belt runs small and the Velcro does not stay closed. I am going to have a different clasp sowed in
Fuel belt fail
Too small--sent back
