It's a handy little wrist pouch. Although, on long runs it makes my wrist hot and I have had to take it off. The material doesn't give, so that's something else to be desired--I'd like to be able to put my inhaler in it.

    I was looking for something to store my ID, keys, etc in when I'm going on a relatively short run. Putting on my big hydration belt to just cover 3 miles always felt silly. This is a great little wristband, with the perfect amount of room for card, keys and id. The zipper is secure and nothing fell out. It got a little tight as my arms swelled during the run, but that was my only complaint.
