I use the product in my daily walks. Typically I walk 10-15 miles a day.
I actually let a friend borrow them and he bought two pair. One for his work boots and the other for his walking shoes. He is my workout partner.
Have another friend who buses tables 8 hours a day and he heard my review and my workout partner's review (opinions/praise) for the product and bought a pair for himself and his son.
Perfect fit is also a pro to this product as well as long lasting. I put almost 500 miles on my first pair.

This insole is a must-have for me as my right knee has seen better days. They last for a whole year of running for me but when they wear out, my knee tells me right the way. It takes pounding away better than gel shoes.

I have never adapted to 'real' orthotics, but these are the next best thing! I used to have hand-cut metatarsal pads, but all of a sudden they just drove me crazy. THese give me the extra cushioning I really seemed to need, and are more supportive than the soles inside running shoes when you buy them. I love them.

after running for more then 50 years and being stepped on by a horse, my feet have taken a beating and I need support throughout the entire shoe and I finally found one!! I was worried that these would be too high in the arch based on reviews. Not even close. They could even be a little higher. I have used Superfeet Green for years but a recent flair of plantar fasciitis has forced me to search for something softer. These are soft and flexible . If you are looking for strong support these are not the right insert for you. If you want soft with a bit of arch support these will be good for you. The price is right!!!

I have been ordering Nike Air Pegasus and r gear bounce insoles for a number of years. They make a good combination. I need the extra cushioning and this does the job well. I have been ordering from Road Runner Sports for many years and have always been pleased with their products and service.

Have had 4 previous pairs, always buy with new running shoes. Unfortunately, they changed the sizing so if you are at the bottom range you can't trim to fit well anymore. I have 9 1/2 shoe size so I have to buy the D size, but even after trimming it is too big. Before I could buy the 10 and slightly trim.

I'm a 52 year old woman. I run 15 miles a week and find the inserts in my running shoes are thinner than they should be. These inserts reduce shock on me feet and knees. I have only been on them for a week so no comment on durability. So far I like them.

More comfortable than the standard inserts that come with running shoes. I replaced the standard insoles after 300 miles, and now running is much more cushioned and enjoyable. I had to trim excess material from the toes to make them fit into my shoes.

Before these supports were recommend by the awesome people of RRSPORTS I was throwing my shoes away too early. Granted I am bow legged but after a month the stock sole would cause be to have extreme pain in knees. With this product WOW longer shoe life and no pain. I highly recommend these.
