Cons Best Uses Comments about R-Gear Finish Strong Essential Race Pack Holders: I'm pear-shaped and my hips are much bigger than my waist. I always worry about clothes and accessories being good for one part and not for the other. This belt fits great around my natural waist and cinches my shirt. My shirt tends to ride up in the front when running with it, but it stays down in the back which is a plus for me. It holds my phone nicely with minimal movement. I use my phone with bluetooth headphones to jog so this is ideal.

Comments about R-Gear Finish Strong Essential Race Pack Holders: This is a nice little pack for my daily workout, I barely know it's there. No dimentions are given for the pouch in product description, which is the only negative thing I have to say about it. The pouch measures approx. 2 1/2x6", and is just barley big enough for my phone (Motorola Moto G)which is 2 1/2x5 1/4x1/2" in it's case. Since my phone is about the only thing I take with me, the pack is good to go. The pack is well made, light weight, and breathable, which is nice on a warm day.
