Cons
Best Uses very bright for its size, multiple flashing modes, easy to turn on (but not too easy to unintentionally turn on/off). Clip is very rudimentary though -- just molded plastic; only the flexibility of the plastic provides the "pinch pressure". This limits where it can be placed (for example, I would not trust to clip at bottom hem of my jacket -- I clip it on the bungie drawstring at the bottom of my windbreaker, but not all my other jackets have this...)

I grabbed a couple of these because I thought they looked good for the price. I keep one on my helmet (I think my hair weighs more then the light) as well as one in my saddle bag as a spare (plus my mounted bike light) for my commute. Very bright, several flash options, and a reasonable battery life. I use the least energy intensive option and still plenty bright, seems close to the advertised battery life (I didn't measure, but feels about right).
