Good for the price. I used it twice, and it did well. This is a nathan's knock off, but came with a Nathan's bottle. The hand strap looks a little bit cheap...I'd be surprised if it lasts longer than a year, but that's good enough for me.
This thing can get a bit heavy, but I'm pretty strong and bulky up top, so it's not a problem for me. I can imagine someone 30 pounds lighter than me might find it heavy.

better than most water belts or handhelds. fits nice to the hand, but hard to run with one heavy arm. I have to keep trading hands while I run. If you try to just fill up halfway to reduce weight then it just sloshes around and gets warm fast. Still looking for easy way to carry water on a long run.

I have used this for 40 miles now and I do not want to run without it. I have never used the water bottle that came with it, I use my .75 Liter Camelbak bottle. I carry my ID and 2 Gu gels, with me. It is sewn well and made of sturdy material.

I have used this on all types of runs to incluude marathons and it is a life saver. It allows me to bypass water stops and I have had no probelem with it leaking. The small pouch is ideal for gel packs or car keys.

It's great for shorter runs when it's hot. However, the bottle leaks very easily.

I bought this hand-held hydration system after trying a couple of the belt types. Since I don't like having anything tight around my waist when running, this system works much better. I like the pocket; it gives me a place to carry things like keys and sports beans, since women's running shorts rarely seem to have pockets like men's do. I haven't experienced any problem with the bottle itself; mine doesn't leak and isn't hard to open or close.

If the bottle held only 8 oz. I would buy 2 and carry 1 in each hand. this bottle is to heavy for me. Very distracting.

Works great, doesn't leak. I use one of these for my shorter runs (5- 10 miles in summer) and use it with the speed 2 energy belt for runs longer than that. It can get heavy over the course of a long run if you keep refilling. Pocket is good for keys and one or two gels. Too small for my fat cell phone.

I have to agree with some of the reviews. The bottle is cheap. Where the top screws onto the bottle is too thin and the yellow bite valve doesn't seal right. Easy to open with the teeth but does not seal right when closing. Really have to force it back on or it leaks. A major distraction when running. You can cram two jels in the pouch, it has a plastic clip for keys. Useful for the money, cold sewaty palms for cold drinks but with the adjustmant strap you can really tighten it up so it does not slip. It does fit most other bottles so for the $10 it is flexible. I wish they did better research on this for being a running company

It's comfortable to hold and has a nice little zippered storage pouch. The only negative is that the rim of the bottle where the top screws on is a little thin, making it not dishwasher safe. The heat will distort the rim, making the bottle unusable. (I found this out the hard way.) Also it's too bad the bottle isn't insulated so your hand isn't gripping a cold bottle.

The strap is stretchy so it fits snugly without digging into my hand. I haven't had any problems with the bottle leaking and the stopper is rubber so you can grab and open it with your teeth for a quick drink. My only complaint is that since the bottle isn't insulated, your hand freezes the first mile and your drink is lukewarm the rest of the run.

2 words--sweaty palms. In warmer weather, when everything on your body seems to sweat, the last thing you want is to be holding a water bottle...that's my only beef with this holder. Cooler weather seems to alleviate this problem for me. Other than that, the holder is great--remarkably comfortable and the little pocket is a plus!

easy to carry, but i agree with a lot of the comments about the bottle. i actually just keep a couple of gatorade and powerade bottles and use those instead. because of the elastic bands, the holders are pretty versatile.

The bottle leaks far too much, otherwise I would have rated it higher. The pocket isn't huge, but you can cram two gels, a key, and an ID in there.

The carrier is great, very comfortable. But the bottle is a disaster. Bottle lip is flimsy and folded when screwing on the top, now leaks. The yellow pop top popped out, now it leaks there too! Find a different bottle to use in this thing.

I can't go on a run without this! It's so compact and hassle-free. And the little zippered pouch can hold a lot of small objects.

The bottle and carrier I received is not exactly the same as pictured. The bottle is a major upgrade... it has a grey cap with a yellow stop and permanent carabiner for hooking to outside of the gear bag or back pack. The zipper cord is grey and yellow. The padded hand strap on the back is comfy plus has a reflective cinch strap to tighten up on them tiny hands. Also a regular bicycle waterbottle will fit in the carrier to include the big ones. Hope this helps. Happy Running.
