Comments about Mens Wenger Swiss Army Canyoneer Hiking Shoe:

I replaced some Merrill hiking boots that I wear for bad weather, yard work, mowing the lawn, etc. The Canyoneers are very comfortable and lightweight compared to the Merrills. Feet don't feel sweaty after wearing all day. I would consider using them for off-trail hikes/runs, although they are not a substitute for trail running shoes. Plenty of room in toe area which can be a problem for me. (I run in ASICS.) Canyoneers have a little support so I would put them in a "stability plus" category. So far, they clean up enough for casual wear with jeans.
