Best Uses Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: These are very pretty shoes. I am Saucony fan, always wear Saucony shoese and know what size works for me. I was excited to try these light weight shoes. They felt slightly tight when I first put them on and after the first mile of a warmup run, the arch in my foot started feeling strained and sore. Luckily I had another pair of Saucony shoes with me and I changed them out immediately. I still felt a little sore from the mile in these shoes, but I was able to finish my workout with no additional problems. I am shipping these pretty shoes right back!

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: Wore them straight from the box on a 5 mile run and they felt like a glove! Comfort and fit were exceptional! No "breaking in" necessary! Already looking forward to my next run just to wear them! Saucony has done it even better!

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: The shoes feel really good when first putting them on, but there seems to be too much room in the toe box as the area puckers when trying to tighten the laces. I don't think I have overly thin feet, but there was enough slippage that I got atrocious blisters that I am still trying to deal with.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: I have purchase my 4th pair of these. Just love them. Only problem is with the white pairs only they tear out on the sides right where the toes bend. Not sure why, the blue ones don't but I still buy them because I love that color.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: I run 10-20 miles week and go to a boot camp class 2 days week. I use these shoes for my bootcamp class and for shorter runs and track work outs. I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and lightweight. They are wide enough in the toe box and do not have a fabric piece to rub on my bunion, yet narrow enough in heel to catch my narrow heel. The 4mm drop allows for easy midfoot strike.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: Shoes arrived on Thursday. Ran a Marathon in them on Sunday. Kinvara redesign is roomier toe box. Very comfortable. Brand is always reliable. Marathon runner for 14 years and have used Saucony for at least 12. Love the brand!

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: This is my second pair of Saucony Progrid Kinvara 3's. I love them. They are lightweight yet offer support; I even believe they have made me faster and I have set new PR's! I wore my 1st pair with well over 1,000 miles and just ordered my second pair brand new; I broke them in by running the Nike Women's Half Marathon in DC. Everyone says, you should never wear them in a race right out of the box, I did and had no problems. I highly recommend them!

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: I bought these to run in. They are so colorful and fun, I may just use them as walking around shoes. They seem to fit and feel just like past Kinvara models.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: I bought these on recommendation from a friend who suggested them based on that I am a light runner with high arches and tend to have foot pain. So far they are excellent (first ten days, 30 miles). They are so light and fast! I must add I am using a cushiony insole for high arches. Also, I was advised to order a half size up from my normal size and though it is a tad too big in the heel, I think my normal size would have been too small in the toe. I have been able to tie them in a way that keeps them snug on my heel.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: Unfortunately, running flat manufactures change shoes slightly each year, so the kinvara 3 is cut high in the back where as the kinvara 2 was cut low. The 3 happens to touch my Achilles tendon in a painful way because it is cut too high for me. Of course the kinvara 2 is no longer available & now the manufacturer is into kinvara 4, which I haven't tried.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: I bought these shoes for training and running outdoors. I run on average 20 or more miles per week. They are super light weight, have amazing arch support and cushion around the ankle. I liked them so much, I ordered a second pair for after I wear these out. Just in case they get discontinued!

Best Uses Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: I bought these for my wife after reading the multiple negative reviews, I thought maybe she would still enjoy them. I have the first version of Kinvara's and love them. She didn't run more than a mile before complaining that the pain was too much to handle. We will be returning these. I hope that Saucony corrects their error with the next version they release. Pros

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: Is it possible to be in love with a running shoe? I think so! The Kinvara 3 is my transition shoe into a lower offset for more natural running. The upper is super comfortable, the heel collar is not at all stiff like other reviewers have stated. There is the perfect amount of cushion and it absorbs impact very well for such a light, low-profile shoe. I put on the shoe and it just disappears on my foot. I think I may be hoarding these in case I don't like the updates they make to the Kinvara 4!

Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: This was my first pair of Saucony running shoes. I'd tried them on at my local Dick's sporting goods and loved them but was a bit worried after reading the mixed reviews. When I got them I hit the gym and ran three miles, with a weakend version of pneumonia. I had been running in reeboks and as soon as I started I noticed how low to the ground I was. At 6'1 that's an unusual feeling but a good one. I had total control in this shoe. As someone with high arches, (extremely high) I run on the outsides of my feet and have a problem with rolling outwards. Not once in this shoe did my ankles wobble, let alone roll over. I'm very happy with this shoe, and will likely be ordering it in another color. My only complaint is that the lip on the heel is a bit hard. Not a problem on my right foot which is a bit bigger than my left, but it did blister my left foot slightly. I may have to add heel cushioning, but other than that, I absolutely love them.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: Oh, Saucony, what have you done? I adored my three previous pairs of Kinvaras (the 1's and 2's). ADORED them! They were by far the most comfortable running shoes I've ever worn, even on my longest runs (up to a half marathon). Lightweight, comfortable, breathable, plus they were super cute. I ordered a pair of the Kinvara 3s, despite the fact that they don't get as good of reviews, and hoped people were wrong. But nope, this is an absolutely awful update. The shoes are noticably longer and looser in the toe box, the back of the shoe around the achilles been raised and had all cushioning removed, making it horribly stiff and uncomfortable. I couldn't even wear these shoes walking around my living room, they were so uncomfortable. They're going right back, and I'm on the hunt for a new favorite running shoe :-(

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Kinvara 3 Running Shoe: I've used Kinvaras for the past 4 years in distance training/racing and loved them until the Kinvara 3. The top of the heel is higher and much stiffer than the previous versions and cuts into the achilles tendon when running.
