      I run, crossfit and commute to work in these. They are mostly comfortable. Very light. I have high archs so they are a little snug across the top of my feet but are otherwise perfect for my needs. I'll be curious to see their durability, they are only a few weeks old just yet.

          I tend to use these shoes on trail runs and on interval training. They are lightweight and responsive. The traction could be better. I have some issues using them on longer distances due to cushioning issues. I would relate these shoes to a sports car. They are nimble and speedy but for long journeys maybe not the most comfortable or best on gas.

            This shoe is awesome for me, and hopefully for you. I am not the oldest runner and I am not the heaviest. I only weigh 118 right now, so the pounding on the shoe isn't as hard as a bigger person would have on it. I love these on long town runs, and even for workouts on the track. I always appreciate ;stylish,lightweight,performance,and durable shoes. To find all those in one shoe is very tedious. Luckily, for me, I found the right shoe for me. I love the quality that Saucony provides with the shoes they make. The only thing that didn't draw me in was the colorways. On this site only 2 are provided. I have the silver/citron pair. I was hoping for more colorways brighter that provide that "pop" when people see you running down the street. On the other hand, these shoes do match with much more clothing than my Nike LunarGlide 4 that are bright orange, but I am starting to grow on the subtle looks that the ProGrid Guide 6 provides. Hopefully, these shoes turn out just as great for you as they did for me!
