Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: This is my 3rd pair. I had to use orthotics for a while and this was one of the few shoes that gave me enough room for the orthotics. I don't need the orthotics anymore but still love these shoes. They are lightweight, but give you some stability. They do run a bit small order a half size up.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: I've worn saucony omni for 10 years. I was not very impressed with the omni 12. So I bought the Saucony Mirage 3 because they were on sale at roadrunner.com. I figured they were inexpensive and if they were not comfy to run in, I would wear them with jeans. Mirage 3 is so much better than my omni 12. They are light with excellent cushioning. Light mesh keeps feet cool. The shoe holds my feet well, I had too much room in omni. These shoes have helped me run faster. Mirage might be my shoe of choice.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: I got a pair of these from Amazon earlier in the year. I had been in the Mirage 2s last year and they worked great for me, loved them. Loved these as well for the first couple of weeks.. until the pain started on the inside of my left knee. Went to a local running store to have them treadmill test me wearing the 3s and I was overpronating like crazy whereas the 2s kept me straight up & down.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: I am on my third pair of these shoes. I love them. I had a hard time finding a pair that offered both support and were lightweight. I finally found them. I'm tempted to stockpile for when they retire. :)

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: Comfortable shoe, but it does not contain as much room in the toebox as the Kinvara. The shoe provides good cushioning in my every day runs and is lightweight. If only there was a combination of the Mirage and Kinvara, my perfect shoe would exist! Other than the toebox, the color is the only other con. I like bright colors, but the pink is sooo bright!

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: I am training for a Half marathon. I'm a new runner. I run about 11 miles a week now, and my mileage will obviously be increasing. These shoes changed my running entirely. My knees and shins are no longer sore, and they're super light. Only thing is I overpronate my right foot pretty bad, and these dont do anything to help or prevent that-but they're not really supposed to.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: I ordered these shoes to train for a half a marathon. The tongue of the left shoe seemed to have been cut too short and would slip and hurt the top of my foot. I exchanged them for another pair. I've only run in them twice so far but they seem to be fine. I would recommend these shoes.
Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: I have high arches & over pronate. I found this shoe to have a wide heel base. I occasionally hit the inside of my ankle while running. I also found the outside of the heel to have too much support for me. Felt as if the shoe caused me to pronate even more than I already do. My knees started hurting due to the over pronation. So this shoe doesn't fit my biomechanics. I am 133lbs, 5'8" and run 20 miles a week, training for a half marathon.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: 2 yrs and no luck with sneakers because Im a light weight runner who only over pronate's on one foot but, has 2 flat feet that are not wide but, not normal and has suffered bad feet pains during every race/run for 2 yrs. All this until out of desperation for pain free feet I decided to give Saucony a try. So, I purchased the Omni 11's and the Mirage 3. Omni for distance and Mirage 3 for shorter runs and races since these were light stability performers. I Hated the Omni 11's but, I LOVED LOVED LOVED the Mirage 3 my awful feet pains after 2 years are gone, My knees don't hurt anymore either... I have ran long/short and raced short and long distances without any real pains or fatigue in the Mirage 3. My only issue is the width of the Mirage 3 I wish they would offer it in Wide or make it a little wider for us Light weight runner the have flat feet, that aren't wide but, aren't normal either. Even so, these sneakers rock and I hope they don't mess them up by changing them (other) than making them available in wide's.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Mirage 3 Running Shoe: Once I got past the color, I was very pleased with this shoe. Due to metatarsalgia, I was looking for more forefoot cushioning than usual, and this has it in a super-lightweight shoe. Cushioned just enough plus light and fast.
