I am over weight, trying to get back in shape Running 30 min every other day. Sp far they have had great support and cushion. I have a slightly wide foot, and the wide size fits me perfect. My only complaint is the color scheme, but that is minor. Will update as to how the wear.

If you tipically wear a wide shoe (2E) this shoe will feel tight. The Hurricanes have been my go to shoe; I was disapointed they did not fit and there was not a wider show option.

Excellent running/gym shoe. My feet and legs feel ten times better when I'm running. Definitely glad I got them!

Got custom orthotic insoles due to sever feet problems. Orthotics were problems in some other athletic shoes that I had. These shoes were referred to me at Road Runners. The size and width of the shoe makes it very comfortable to do long walks (5 to 7+ miles).

Heel height is too low. I prefer the standard 12 mm height. This seems to put extra stress on my foot. Plenty wide enough.

I was disappointed that after a short time on the market the Hurricane 14 was discontinued and replaced by the Hurricane 15. Not the same shoe. The toe box and uppers have been slightly modified so that I cannot wear this shoe. Tried two different pairs and both cause foot/toe pain and seemed to force me to run very flat footed. Saucony...why oh why did you discontinue the 14? Please bring it back!

I ordered these to stay with the hurricane line of shoes they have been treating me well. I owned two pairs of hurricane 12's they were great. Then I was forced to move up to the next model. Which I then chose the hurricane 13. The hurricane 13 was the best shoe I had until it wore out. I had over 300 miles on that pair. The hurricane 14 I skipped out on and went with the 15's. I love the way they look they started off great however lost their cushioning much more quickly. I feel that they have reached their age prematurely. I have about 180 miles on my shoes and I think their getting close for retire. I ran some of my long distances in these shoes and they don't seem to be up for the comfort level for the long distances of excess 13 miles. The picture I have is of the 12,13,and 15. If you look closely you can see less cushioning on the 15's in the heal and this they applied throughout the shoe. Lighter but not better. BRING BACK THE HURRICANE 13S!!!!

First time with this brand and very impressed. Walking right now, aim to get back to running, really great shoe for both. Even though bought one full size larger the fit is good.

I ordered these on a Monday and got them 2 days later. Pretty fast, considering I live in Hawaii. Anyway, I'm more of a casual runner, doing about 10-14 mi/wk. I'm 5'8" and have average to low arches and weigh 207 (ok, 208) lbs and have a midfoot strike when running. I've been using Asics Kayanos or NB 1225/1260s and this is my first Saucony. I'm very impressed at how this shoe MAKES you want to do mid/forefoot strikes. I also use a Superfeet orthotic when I run. These are very comfy, pretty good support, and just a joy to run in. I did 3 miles the first time out and my legs and feet didn't hurt as much as in my current NB 1260. Since it's so new, I'm not sure how it will do as far as durability, however, the fit and finish are top-notch. I personally think this is the way to go vs. minimalist shoes. I'm mightily impressed and I doubt that these will be my last pair from Saucony. Definitely recommended!
