Comments about Womens Saucony PowerGrid Hurricane 15 Running Shoe: I use the Hurricane 15 in the gym. I have used this shoe for years and it gives me the best support and comfort of any shoe I use it to weight train and stair climb and on the treadmill. This is a great shoe.

Comments about Womens Saucony PowerGrid Hurricane 15 Running Shoe: I am training to for the SK-3 Day and need good shoes to walk a good 10 miles - these are very comfortable and I feel great in them.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Saucony PowerGrid Hurricane 15 Running Shoe: I've been wearing the Hurricanes for over 3 years now. I've tried the Asics Kayano and they wore out too quickly. I've also tried the Brooks Adrenaline, which gave me shin splints, and recently the Brooks Trance, which gave me knee and foot pain. I went right back to my Hurricanes and remembered why these are my go-to shoes. I run a handful of half marathons a year and these fit my feet just right for those long runs and the training that leads up to them. I have high arches, but a normal pronation, and I tend to heel-strike. These provide the support in the heels and the filled arches cushion and support my arches comfortably. I've never had an injury with these shoes and they provide wonderful stability.

Comments about Womens Saucony PowerGrid Hurricane 15 Running Shoe: The 15 is a big change from the last pair of Hurricane shoes I had. Saucony has lost some of its great arch support with the current structure. Don't like that! That said, th great cushioing is simply awesome for my feet....I need it.

Comments about Womens Saucony PowerGrid Hurricane 15 Running Shoe: I have always ran in Sauchany Hurricanes since the 90's. Every shoe they came out with I was very pleased. I had to have surgery over the past 6 years so I just recently began running again and ordered the Hurricane 15's. Boy was I disappointed! The first day I had the worst achilles tendon pain that I never had before. I thought it was because I hadn't run in awhile but when I called customer service, they told me that the 15's had a lower heel and suggested I order the Asics Kayano 19's plus a Sorbothane insole plus the Achilles Tendon strap?!

Comments about Womens Saucony PowerGrid Hurricane 15 Running Shoe: I ran in these shoes for 3 weeks 20-30 miles a week and they just didn't give me the support that I need. I have IT band issues and it was over correcting. I reverted back to my Nike Pegasus.

Comments about Womens Saucony PowerGrid Hurricane 15 Running Shoe: I love the hurricane 15s. My first pair of hurricanes were the 6s. I never need to break the hurricanes in. I get them, put them on, and can run a good 20+ mile run. The shoe is light weight and the cushioning is amazing.

Comments about Womens Saucony PowerGrid Hurricane 15 Running Shoe: I ran for 3 weeks in these and I have never had worse shin splints in my life. I returned them promptly and found I probably needed more stability. The shoe it self was pretty roomy. So maybe if I wasn't such a weird runner these would have worked but I am and they didnt.
