Do not like these shoes, they look good but they do not fit right. They hurt my feet and are very uncomfortable. Unhappy cutomer.

The grid shadow was recommended to me after Saucony stopped making the jazz grids--which I've been wearing for years. I'm not sure what's wrong with them--it might be the arch support--but they are overall uncomfortable. Running on the road hurts, and when I tried them on the elliptical, my feet went numb!

Yes there is something wrong with the heel. Too bad, because they got the toe box corrected. I had given up on many of the grids- Triumph, Trigon, Hurricane after toe box caused injury.

The heel of these shoes was way too hard. I miss the the old Grid Shadow.
