I am a toe runner. Even though it is an ok running shoe, this shoe isn't for me.

I usually run in ASICS Nimbus but thought I would try something different and cheaper. Unfortunately I have had a problem with my legs on the three occasions I have run in these shoes - sore knee and sore calf muscle. I am 5'10 (178cm) and 70kg ?lbs) and they did not work for me. On returning to Ni...

Gave me a blister on my left arch like many others had commented. I really liked the cushioning and was disappointed in the arch support.

Awesome shoe. Much better than the Triumph3 3. Good cushioning in the heal an up front. Great fitting as well. fn to run in. Do go out and et replacement insoles to avoid any blisters in the arch area. Highly recommend It.

This shoe also gave me blisters on my arch. This shoe has an arch support, the original triumph did not. The arch support bothers me (especially with long runs). I Will probably get the original triumph or new balance.

Love this shoe! I'm a big guy 6'4" 230 lbs and there is plenty of cush in the heal, but still responsive and not squishy. The forefoot has plenty of room. Fits snug in the back and no blisters. I think I'll buy another pair before they run out.

found I get blisters on my arches on both feet with these, other than that a nice running shoe. (never had a problem with Sauconys before tho)

Fri, September 21,2007:
Great cushioning, improved heel wear over the Triumph 3, wears a blister on my left arch, overall a good shoe.

Ex Nimbus runner(VI was great - everything after is junk) Avg 30+ish miles per week, 5'10" - 175#. Got about 350 miles and normal wear on the outer soles - no where near through yet. Immediately replaced the 'cushy/soft' sock liner w/ Soles thermo-custom footbeds and the result has been a fantasti...

The Triumph 4 is an overall great shoe, except for out sole durability. The forefoot cushioning is by far the best that I have run in. 5'10" 163 lbs neutral runner that averages 50 mile per week at a 8 min/mile pace.

This is an update to my review in Spring. This shoe is very comfortable but for me (6', 235lbs)but after FIFTY miles they lost almost all cushioning in heel! I tried adding sorbothane inserts but that helped only a little. This is NOT a shoe for heavy runners at or around my weight. Although I d...

A little too cushy for my liking but VERY comfortable. Decided to go w/ Asics Cumulus 9 (love it). At 6'1 225lbs (high arch) need some cushion for the knees.

These are well made quality shoes, but I found them way too soft. They felt marshmallowy with too much cushioning and a lack of responsiveness. Nice lightweight breathable upper, good fit, just too soft.

Mon, July 30,2007:
I love these shoes! I am a Nimbus refugee (disliked the VIII) but have found nirvana! I love the responsiveness of the cushioning and don't find it too cushy. They have a great heel fit - these are the first shoes I haven't had to loop lace. I did, however, need to replace the insoles with after...

Tried them for the first time on a 60min run. The arch lock strip gave me a natsy blister on my left foot. I have run in Hurricanes for 10yrs so I am hoping this is just a fluke.

I like the cushiness and ride. Very nice right out of the box. Only complaint I have is some hot spots under my arches. I'm 6'2", 210 lbs.

i <3 this shoe the mesh feels nice, so i run sockless a lot in these shoes. only thing i didnt like about these shoes is the lack of forefoot cushioning, but overall this shoe is still baller o yeah and order a size larger, these shoes run a little short xD

Amazing cushioning, smooth as butter, and to top it all off the gold color is the coolest looking shoe I have seen.

33yr old male, 195lbs, runs 30+ miles per week on pavement, track but mostly trail. Great shoe, plenty of room in the forefoot, nice cushioning, responsive, feels good on the foot right out of the box and I've only grown to like it more. Coming off a stress fracture I had continued foot pain and s...

I have put 300 miles on this shoe. I have enjoyed the cushioning and the fit. However, the black outer sole has already worn all the way through to the blue cushioning. I am disappointed in this. Can anyone else comment if this is typical for Saucony's outer sole material? Thanks.

I'm 235 pounds and a neutral - underpronator. I was wearing Asics Nimbus 7 after 140 miles my IT began to hurt (was in 2004 Chicago marathon and stopped halfway due to IT band). The nimbus was making my tendency to underpronate worse! The very first run with Triumph 4 there was no pain. The shoe...
