I've been wearing the omni's since the 4's and b/c of my shoe size I often have to buy mens. I'm flat footed and narrow heeled. The women's 11 of the omni 5 & 6 have been the first shoe that has not resulted in toe blisters during my longer runs (6-13 miles, a problem that has plagued me for years
