I really liked the shoes. They were really light and they really didnt start hurting. They got a little a bit small though.

me-5'8" 170lbs dude. I just got the kilkenny flats (I got the red color). I used to have size 10 normal width mizuno wave rider 8s, but the tread on them was real worn down. The shoes were as comfortable as when i bought them, but the tread was almost all gone.
The kilkennies i ended up getting were 10.5, the 10 was too tight in the toes. The 10 still looks tight, but it feels alright. They are lighter than the mizunoes. They feel more like socks (in a good way). The shoeprint of the saucony is more like a footprint, while the mizuno is more like a deer hoof. My heel also seems to be a liitle bit lower in the saucony than the mizuno.
The conclusion I have after two runs of 5k each; go get these shoes! They are great, and my girlfriend loves the color.

light and comfortable, but my feet were on fire after 3km of a 5k. not the best ventilation
