Bought this shoe as a distance running shoe. I ran a 5K and a half marathon in them they did alright. After that I ran 8 miles in them and they felt like I was running on 2x4's. The seemed very hard. My knees have never hurt until now. Nice shoe just doesn't have enough cushion for me.

Very solid shoe; however, I rate these equal to the new Guide's which are about half the price. The fit around my right arch was a bit off but other than that I've enjoyed about 350 miles of injury free running in the paramounts. If you are interested in a Saucony stability shoe then you may also ...

I am a 197lb 6t tall minimal miler (12-15 per week). Positives about the shoe: The shoe does a great job of keeping my feet comfortable temperature wise. My socks are sweaty around my ankles, but my feet are not. That is impressive! Negatives: I don't remember the last time my feet and legs hu...

Worst running shoes i've ever bought. Did i get a dud pair? Had Progrid Triumph previously after moving away from Kayano and the Triumph was an amazing shoe. These Paramounts i ran 6km on my normal bitumen road route and was fully injury free beforehand, but while running with these brand new my kne...

I switched to these after the ASICS gel Nimbus 9 caused me injuries everytime I run. These felt good out of the box apart from one initial blister. So far I have put 110Km on these and they have not suffered from the heal wear others have said. I run in temperatures of 30 degree plus and the uppers ...

This is by far the best running shoe that I have ever had. Extremely comfortable. Smooth heel to toe transition. I am a Decathlete in Oregon, and for my training this is the best all around running shoe.

Excellent shoe. The upper does seem to regulate the temp. The shoe is light and feels great. I have been wearing the hurricane but I like this shoe much better. I will order another pair when they wear out. I just hope they don't change them too soon.

I have been an Asics wearer forever but the heel cup on the Gel Nimbus 9 is biigger than on previous models so I ad to switch. The Kinsei 2 wasn't out yet so I gave the Saucony a try. It felt great and I love the ride but the heel is wearing out at an incredible pace. The black portion is comple...

I don't get the bad reviews for these shoes. Maybe they got a bad pair. There is no way they wear out as fast as they are saying unless they are dragging their heals. I have had mine for 4-5 months and usually put about 30-40 miles a week on them. I am a forefoot runner and these IMO are the bes...

Ran 35 miles in these and the rubber is already wearing out. I usually get 350 miles out of a pair. Not worth the expensive price and the shoe just feels like an ordinary $90 running shoe.

Ususally with all this technology a shoe like this is over-engineered but in this case Saucony have created a real gem of a shoe.I still love Asics but i am reaally loving this shoe as it has a midsole profile of a faster stability/cushion shoe .Nice job Saucony!!

I've always bounced around from brand to brand and shoe to shoe trying to find the right amount of comfort and stability and i thought i'd give this show a go..So far it's been great! Fits my foot really well..open upper, but not sloppy at all. Little pricey, but so is everything these days :)

First Saucony shoe ever. This shoe is phenomenal, but you must be a fairly efficient GAIT'er already! The shoe is very light but also very cushy at the same time. I am a pure bred Asics guy, but the Kayano 13 and Nimbus 9 have not been kind to me with the new solid SoLyte which seems stiff to me ...

Saw the other reviews before I put mine on and was very weary, but I love them. I had always worn a Hurricane and loved the 5, 7, and 9. Hated the 6 and the 8. This shoe has more cushion and is lighter as well. I thought the fit was right on par with the rest of the Saucony shoes I have.

I have 48 miles on mine and the lateral side of the heel where I land is already showing significant wear. The forefoot is not the traditional, roomy classic saucony forefoot fit. Even without any overlays and all the mesh, it is not a normal "d" width. It is narrower, than my new balance 902 "d" wid...

Snug heel fit(classic saucony), not too roomy toebox despite all the mesh- not as 'sloppy' as asics. Very good transition from midfoot to forefoot. No other way to describe it- the right amount of 'snugness'. Shoe has great flex for faster paced/hill workouts, as well as just enough cushioning/sta...
