Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: I have worn the 2000 Asics for a number of years. I thought I would give these a try due to the sale price and low weight. I have been very pleased with the shoe. The weight, durability, and overall comfort is exceptional! Give these shoes a try, you will not be disappointed.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: This has been the only shoe that has not caused me to be conscious of overstressing my lower leg. It has the perfect cushioning and support for a normal arched mild overpronator! I appreciate the cushioning and the shoe is very responsive!
Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Love 'em but they wear out way, way, w-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-y too quickly in the outer heel area. All three pairs did the exact same thing. Too bad because I really felt good in these shoes. What'sup Saucony? Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Great shoe for mild pronation. I have tried several shoes and usually get knee pain after 2-3 miles but with these shoes and insoles I have been running pain-free!! Light, breathable, soft and cushiony feel. I already bought a 2nd pair! Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: I have worn Sauconys for about 5 years now and love them. I had several versions of the Omni and then switched to the Guide when it first came out and thought I had found the perfect shoe. So I was a little apprehensive about switching to the Guide 2 after reading a few of the reviews here. However, after 2 weeks and about 30 miles on my new Guide 2's I have to say they're just as good as the originals in my book. My experience may be affected by the fact that I take out the shoe liner insert and put my orthotics in the shoes so the stability may be affected by the orthotic but the cushioning is very good on these shoes and the stability is perfect for me even if my orthotic is affecting it, which it obviously must be. Some have noted in their reviews that they sized down half a size in going from the Guide 1 to the Guide 2. I tried them on at a store and decided to stay at the same size and its working fine for me. I think I'm kind of right between sizes so any slight increase Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Wonderful shoe. Perfect - ran 2 hours first time out on pavement and they are an excellent blend of stability, cushioning, and just the right height in the heel for wearing orthotics. I tried and rejected the latest Adrenaline, Nike Elite, Brooks 769, Nike Lunarglide+ - nope, the Sauconys won, hands down. The first jog from the store and they felt just right. They did squeak a bit with my orthotics w/o sock liner, but strewing a bit of fine dust in the shoe fixed that completely. Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Loved the Guide 1. This was not the same shoe for me. A quarter mile out on my first run I felt something almost sharp poking the inside, forward, part of my right heal. After 3 miles I had knee pain and pain on my outer left thigh. Back on my old Guide 1s the next day - no problems. Used the RoadRunner perfect fit guarantee and swapped out for some Mizuno Inspire 5s - so far so good. I also went to amazon and picked up another pair of the guide 1s for 44.00 dollars. Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Best running shoe I've ever had. Perfect right out of the box. Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Great All Around Shoe, Ive Used it for Running, Working Out at the Gym, and even Basketball on the Court. Stable for my Over Pronation, Light Weight, and Perfect Amount of Cushioning and Arch Support Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Best shoe Ive ever worn Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Great shoe with lots of cushioning......$1.99 VIP membership is a no brainer. A GREAT staff at the Columbia, MD store location. Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: to me, these are the same as the guide Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: I love this shoe. Just ran 10 miles in them and they felt great. Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Terrible update! these shoes are now to narrow. Even the 2E is not as wide as the regular Progrid Guide and 1/2 size larger is to long. I am back at the Progrid Guide while supplies last and then I might switch to Nike Triax 12 or when the 13 comes out. Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Saucony took an awesome shoe and added weight and flash; did Asics help design this update? Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: awesome shoe.the fit is perfect and cushioning seems to be getting better and better. Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: great cushion, same good fit as the old ones, just a few short runs in so far, but these are more comfy than the old ones Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: this shoe is the best shoe i have had. the fit is awesome and it has great cushioning in the forefoot Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Guide 2 Running Shoe: Saucony took the best shoe ever (or so i thought) and made it heavy as a rock, hard as a board, and very uncomfortable. The guide 2 is harder, heaver, less flexible, and the heal cup pushes very uncomfortably on the back of my heal. i ran a couple shorter runs in them (4-5miles) and one 10mile run in them and I really love (ed) Saucony and really hate this shoe. regretting not stocking up on the old model Displaying reviews 1-20 Previous | Next » Your Help Is HereShop with confidence knowing your team of Fit Experts is waiting to answer all your questions.
