Have been using the ProGrid Omni series for some time now and have to say the Omni 8 is the best yet. I am 5'8", weigh 176lbs with a low BMI, and a slight overpronation. 15-20 m per week at moderate pace. This shoe provides excellent stability & cushion in a lightweight shoe.

Outstanding shoe. Great combination of stability and cushioning, I have FLAT feet but motion control shoes have all caused pain somewhere. This shoe is the best I've used for the past twenty years. Hope they don't make any changes. Only complaint is not the prettiest shoe I've seen but who cares it
