I may be in that small ...

I may be in that small percentage of people that can run in these type of shoes regularly, but I adore them! All the time!
I am currently in Iraq and have made a lot of great positive changes, one of them being that I am more serious about running (and running longer distances). I just completed the Army Ten Miler, which was my longest race ever ran. I ran the race in my Shay's, after training in them for about a month. My legs feel very strong compared to before I started running them, and I was able to kick up my pace during the last 3-4 miles to a pace I would normally try for during our 2 mile run for the physical fitness test.
I experience no pain in these shoes whether I am sprinting or doing a longer workout. However, I realize that my experience may not be typical for everyone as we are all built different.
I think that if someone is not usually able to run regularly in these type of shoes, they will at the very least, be great for sprint days, short distances, or ju
