Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: You can use this product for road running and a track. This shoes also has great support.
Pros Cons
Best Uses Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I just pulled them out of the box. I have the Hurricane 11 in size 9.5, and I had the hurricane 9 in a 9.5. The Hurricane 12 was very narrow aound my toes. It felt like it would be a nice shoe but it was so tight I took them right off,put them on again and took them back off . TO tight to try and get a feel for. I may try a size 10. I wish they would try and keep sizes the same at least in each brand. It is hard to buy and get a good fit on line.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I run 20 miles per week at 6' 165 lbs. This shoe is more like the 9 and fits true to size. It has great cushioning especially in the forefoot and is stable as well. Best shoe since the 9. I did not like the 10 or 11 at all. This one gets the 5 star treatment.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: Should have stayed with Saucony and not accepted a free pair of another brand. The other brand all but crippled me. The Saucony work wonderful, the injury is finely healing after 4 years of not being able to run. I'm slowly getting back and it feels great to run without pain.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: Being an avid marathon runner who is hard on shoes, I really like the way these shoes have held up. They aren't the lightest nor the most flexible, but they match a mid-foot striker who needs support more than speed. I'm on my 5th pair and 3rd marathon without injuries, what more do you want?

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: on my 2n pair, got more than 500 mi on the 1st pair and I have stuck w/this model as, knock wood, I've been injury free. I have a flat foot and I use orthotics w/these.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I am a woman with a man's feet and I've been using men's Saucony Pro Grid shoes for about 10 years to train for and run 5 marathons and a number of half marathons. So far, the Hurricane is my favorite of all the Pro Grid shoes. I use it mainly for interval work on a track so I do not know how it behaves on real pavement. I use another type of Saucony Pro Grid shoe for road running. That's only because I could afford 3 pairs of the other one, and not too many pairs of the Hurricane.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I'm 245 lbs and run 9-15 miles per week.I bought this shoe 1/2 size larger, but it feels more like true to size. It feels more narrow than short so it was easy to get used to. Not as cushy as my Hurricane 9s, but still very comfortable. Excellent support that feels natural; my ankles don't feel like they're being forced into position. I like this shoe and would definately buy it again.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: Have worn Saucony for years and know that models can differ significantly. This model is one of the best with respect to comfort and support. Used it for a 17 mile long run as well as a 1/2 marathon race - great for both. A little heavy but like the support. Have been dealing with knee pain even with new shoes and these shoes seem to reduce the pain significantly. Have returned some models that were not comfortable and now wait to read the reviews on new models prior to ordering. Also alternate between Saucony and Asics so always have a "working" model. Just ordered my second pair as a backup in different color so it is easy to distinguish between duplicates.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I just exchanged a pair of the new Nike LunarEclipse for some Hurricanes and I could not be happier. The shoes fit perfectly, they're comfortable, offer plenty of support, and are quite roomy as well. I'm 6'0", 195lbs, and run 30+ miles a week. These hold up really well. They might be a little stiff and if they had the cushioning of the Asics Kayanos I would rate these shoes 5 stars. Very happy with this purchase!

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: At 6'2" and 220 lbs I needed a good stable running shoe and this fits the bill perfectly. I have tried numerous other running shoes but always come back to the Hurricane.

Comments about Mens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I have been running in the Saucony Hurricane for 6 years. I have always been a big fan of this shoe's versatility and this year's model is no exception. I have battled ankle issues for years and the stability of this shoe has allowed me to log 40-60 mile weeks without much of the pain that I experienced while running in other shoes. The one thing that I do not like about this shoe is the weight. It is definitely a bit on the heavy side. Overall, I would recommend it without reservations.
