Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: Great update to this shoe! If you're a consistant Hurricane wearer you'll be happy to know that this shoe feels much more like the Hurricane 10 (which was my favorite) than the Hurricane 11. Overall the shoe has great cushioned support without being too hard or soft.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: First shoe I've gotten in a while that I can't complain about and addresses all my needs! I have wide feet with no arch, wear orthotics, pronate, and need a lot of forefoot cushioning. Running a half marathon in a month and training in these. Took a week or so to break in, but now so comfortable!

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I originally ordered a Medium width in this shoe; but since I have toe "issues" I exchanged them for a "wide" because my toes need more room. So far this shoe is everything I need in a running shoe. It's comfortable, breathable, offers support for my mild pronating, and performs well overall. So far, I do not have anything negative to say about this shoe and am looking forward to running comfortably :-)

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I'm a 3 days a week jogger averaging 4 miles a jog and I just LOVE these shoes! The comfort, breathability and fit are what I like best. I was a running shoe novice until my husband turned me on to Saucony's....now there's no going back!

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I like the stiffness of the sole of this shoe for stability control. The black color looks great but is hot in warmer temperatures.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: My old shoes made my knees hurt, but these are great. I jog and walk in them almost every day. I have big feet (size 12) and it's not easy to find good shoes. I've had no problems with these shoes, and have two pair in the closet for back-up. I hope the next version is just as good.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: This was a replacement for a New Balance shoe. I was so relieved to put my feet into a width that was comfortable and could handle the weather here in Tahoe.

Best Uses Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I love these shoes however the fabric material at the back of the heal seems to wear out fast. I replace my shoes around every 500 miles and it seems like I wear out the fabric on the inside of the heal long before the shoes break down.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I run about 20 miles a week, and have bad plantar fascitis and these are great with my orthotic inserts. I need a wide toe box and these are perfect. I have owned about 5 pairs.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I needed a running shoe that would be better for me, having plantar fasciitis in my heel. I bought the Saucony Hurricaine and the Brooks Trance, both of which are fantastic. I get the stability and cushioning I need as a runner who is 5'10" and fluctuates between 150-165lbs.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: I have owned multiple versions of this model, I have been happy with this latest version of the Hurricane 12. I have back issues, so I need the cushioning and the stability. I have been able to put the shoes on and go right out the door for a 6-7 mile run with little or no breaking in time. I also wear these on longer runs. The biggest con with any hurricane is life of the shoe - although I do put a lot of mileage on my shoes, they tend to wear out in approx. 3 months.

Comments about Womens Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 Running Shoe: No shoe has come close to my previous favorite, the Hurricane 7, which is no longer made and cannot be found anywhere in the world in my size. The upgraded models since the Hurricane 7 had not worked for me. But, the Saucony ProGrid Hurricane 12 has far surpassed the Hurricane 7. This shoe is by far my favorite running shoe ever! I am an over pronator with wide feet and the arch lock support in a wide width on this model fits me like a glove - even with my orthotics. It is an out of the box, perfect fit! I didn't have to mess with the laces and inserts to make it work for me. In the past I had to size up from a size 9 to size 10 but with this shoe a size 9.5 wide worked and gave me just enough extra toe wiggle room for marathon and long distance running. Being lightweight with additional cushioning makes for an extremely comfortable run. I joked with my running partner the first day I put them on that I felt like I was running on a cloud! Seriously - I was late for our run, pulled them out of the box, quickly put in my inserts with no time to mess around - perfect fit out of the box! On a side note, because it is not a big, bulky shoe, my retired pair looks great with jeans! All around great shoe! Saucony, please do not change a thing.
