I have made three trail ruins in these shoes, the longest was just over 13 miles. The fit is excellent and the grip is outstanding on all surfaces. They seem to drain a little on the slow side if they get soaked but I put about 5 miles in after a creek crossing and no blisters so maybe I am just picky. I would definitely buy them again.

Like this one even better than version 1 of the Xodus so far. Hopefully they'll last a while, but they just survived a 50k in the mud and rain and all was good.

I was pleasantly surprised with this shoe. I had a great initial experience with Kinvara from this brand, but was really let down by its poor durability. This shoe builds on that great fit, support, and style while increasing its durability, traction and functionality. Unfortunately, it comes at a price of increased weight. It is unfair to directly compare the two models since they have different audiences in mind, but at the end of the day I would rather have this shoe above all the ones I have come across to date to do it all; from trail running in the elements, to pounding ground out in the blazing sun, all the way to hitting up the gym.

Great product. This is the first trail shoe that has worked perfectly for me and I have not had to break in.

Bought to replace blister producing Hiking shoes for a February attack on the Grand Canyon (down and back up next day...). Nasty ice storm back in Indiana made practice difficult, so showed up at Grand canyon after just a few miles of fit practice... Used w heavy Thorlo socks, no blisters or foot pain whatsoever. If I were a Canyon guide maybe would like a bit more structure, but, for me, these were perfect...

great traction, especially on snow and/ or in mud. great cushioning, especially for a lighter weight shoe. bought these for trail running but now using them for high mileage marathon training days. most comfortable shoe I've ever had...no joke

I use these trail shoes for running in Winter along snow-covered, slushy, and wet roads; which saves wear and tear on the running shoes I use for 5k races.

Awesone with theROAD RUNNER SPORTS SUPPORT PLUS INSOLE. These shoes are comfortable, sharp looking, and given the all-terrain nature, relatively light. I've had a back injury but feel the shoe is good in absorbing the shock when I walk. The one time I've run in them, I've been super pleased. I hope I can get back to full running soon.--P.S. this is probably the best fitting/feeling shoe I've had.
