        I love these flats. I used them for both my cross country and track season this past year. I'm a distance runner and it's important to have comfortable shoes for a long race, and these definitely fit my criteria. My favorite part is that the shoe seemed to mold to my foot while still offering a sufficient amount of support. It wasn't lose but it wasn't tight. I have a high arch so I wear orthotics with them. They are perfect.
