My feet are a bit narrow, and I have a normal arch and neutral pronation. I tend to be a mid-foot striker. These shoes at first felt overly tight, but I removed the insoles and now they are perfect. Very light shoe, very responsive, very fast. If you are a mid-to-forefoot striker and are looking to decrease shoe weight and increase your turnover (stride), highly recommended. My other shoes are Newtons and Vibram Five Fingers, to let you know what I'm comparing them to. I've been using them on slushy winter roads, but I can see they would be good on normal streets and of course trails as well, being marketed to the XC crowd. For what they are made to do, they do it really well. If you are a heel-striker then I wouldn't recommend them. What I like about them specifically is that they give me good feedback for the street- it's almost like running in Vibram Five's. Being "spikeless" they have soft rubbery/plastic bumps where you would normally screw in a metal spike, and the bumps give very good traction in freezing slush. Oh yes, you can also put colorful inserts in the sides to add a little extra flair. Overall I am very surprised at their build quality and fit, given the low price. Highly recommended for anyone who uses them as forefoot/midfoot strike shoes.

I loved this shoe because it is so light weight and comftorable and its also lets your feet breath beacause it almost has hole looking things on the side so when you run, your feet dont get too sweaty.But this shoe is not recommended for using when its is wet outside, beacsue water will come through the shoe!
