Just as much cushioning as my vomero's and a great heel to toe tranistion through the gait cycle. these are a great pair of shoes, i have run 11 k"s in these and they are great.they are much better than shoes that cost twice as much.

Excellent shoe for the price. I use UltraSole inserts with a nice fit. The toe box on this shoe is great.
