Comments about Womens Saucony Grid V2 Cross Training Shoe: Tried the Ascics and found no forefront cushioning for cardioboxing/plyometric workouts. Tried these and love them. Great support and cushioning for impact and side to side moves.

Comments about Womens Saucony Grid V2 Cross Training Shoe: Bought these mostly for work and they are working out well. Feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Comfortable to wear at the gym too for crosstraining.

Best Uses Comments about Womens Saucony Grid V2 Cross Training Shoe: I initially bought these shoes to use for cross training/dance activities knowing that my running shoes wouldn't give me the proper support I needed. When I first wore them and danced for 30 minutes or so, they were great! No shin splint pain that I had experienced when performing the same program with my running shoes! Needless to say, as I wore them for longer and longer periods, I began to have metatarsal foot pain (ball of my foot) on both sides and the medial and lateral arches of the shoe were rubbing awkwardly on my arches and just felt too tight over time. I sent them back and I would definitely recommend getting a 1/2 to full size larger for this shoe, even though I'm going to try a totally different shoe.
Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Womens Saucony Grid V2 Cross Training Shoe: I bought these to wear for my circuit training DVDs. These fit great and felt cozy but come lateral movement time the support around my ankle seemed to "bite" my ankle with each movement. In other words, like there was too much support not allowing my ankle to move as it should. I love the brand and have a separate pair of kinvara's for running so I really wanted these to work out but no such luck.
