      I'm a Salomon girl and have worn the XT Wings for quite a few years. These are an amazing addition to the Salomon line-up and I'm using them to train for a few 50k and a 100k trail races and will also wear them for adventure racing. They're very light weight & comfortable. The quick-lace system is excellent as always. They fit a little snug width-wise right out of the box but stretched within my first wearing & fit like a glove.

        I finally found a shoe that can do both trails and roads. This shoe has great traction and protection in the trail but also when you hit the road it has great cushion and flexibility. If you are looking for one shoe that can do both roads and trails this is the one.

          Finally a light shoe from Salomon! A bit narrow/stiff upper across ball of foot, and a little loose at the heel.
          Other than that? Fantastic!
          Light, flexible, breathable (not great for cold or wet conditions).
