        These are the only socks I run in anymore. I have been wearing the heavier version during winter runs for a couple of years but I was hesitant to wear wool socks in the summer. They are fantastic. Great wicking, no more squishy feet, even during long runs on hot humid days. I strongly recommnend trying them.

            I have been wearing the same three pairs of these socks for over a year now. They hold up great through all those washings and dryings, not to mention the running. They are low profile, but do not slip down in my shoe. No problem with blisters. Great weight, not too thick or thin. Love them! Bought two new pairs to get me through marathon training this year.

              I started wearing these socks as a way to reduce chafing and blistering. I found SmartWool socks to be incredibly effective (although after long runs, i.e. 10+ miles, I may still get some blisters).

              I only run in SmartWool--it has made such a difference in comfort and cushion.

                    I have worn Smartwool socks for years and they are hands-down the best socks I've ever owned! They wick moisture really well, they are not too heavy/warm, they last forever, and I have NEVER gotten a blister while wearing them -- not even running a marathon!
