Comments about Womens Smartwool PhD Run Ultra Light Micro Socks: These socks are the best. I am a marathon runner and never get blisters when I wear these. My feet sweat horribly. With these socks even after 20+ miles my feet are dry. The guy at the running store talked me into a pair and ever since this is all I buy. I was so afraid they would be itchy and they are not at all! LOVE THEM!

Comments about Womens Smartwool PhD Run Ultra Light Micro Socks: I loved them. I totally swear by them, no painful blisters, they stay put. They are comfortable, I like the colors. I spend the extra $ to have socks that do what I need them to, so I'm not worrying about them. However, It's starting to seem like they wear out faster and faster. The toe part has been wearing out really quickly, and now I've got a bunch of socks with holes in the toe. I don't get it. I'm tempted to take all the ones with the holes back and be like WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. It's hard because I don't like the socks with the compression in the middle, and I don't like my socks to be thick, so it's hard to find a pair of socks that don't have those qualities. I would still recommend them to someone who wants what I want. But am starting to look for socks that don't wear out so quickly.

Comments about Womens Smartwool PhD Run Ultra Light Micro Socks: After rubbing several large and painful blisters, I bought these socks on the advice of a fellow runner. They have not prevented blisters, unfortunately. I will continue to wear them with moleskin foam underneath (worked reasonably well, even during my most recent 10K).

Comments about Womens Smartwool PhD Run Ultra Light Micro Socks: I have small feet and have trouble finding socks to fit my feet without extra fabric bunching up inside my shoe. (Running shoe 6.5/casual shoe 5.5). Longest run wearing socks so far has been ten miles. I have worn these socks for one month and really like them. Time will tell how long they last. I ordered 6 pairs.

Comments about Womens Smartwool PhD Run Ultra Light Micro Socks: Not sure why these are marked NEW -- it may be the color selections. I have been wearing these for my runs for over a year and I love them! No sweaty feet, even in my wicked heat of summer. They wick away moisture from splashes and the accidental dip in the puddle. Wash, air dry, and they bounce right back into shape with no shrinkage. I moved away from Wigwam Ironman, which are only a bit thinner and lose shape over time. I have no regrets.
