I bought these to add some cushioning in my regular trainers that had a lot of miles on them. I've put about 75 miles on them now and they're great. Great "feel" and good thickness for cushion, particularly on long runs. Good arch support and it doesn't feel like the sorbothane is going going to eve

I have used these for about 12 years and found them best at dispersing the impact energy. Better than any stock shoe insole. I use them on road and trail shoes. Can get between 350 - 500 miles out of them which is just enough to wear the shoe out as well. Highly recommend for better cushioning.
