I have tried many, many insoles and these work the best for me. They are comfortable and seem to give that added support you don't get from the original inserts. I put them in immediately when I buy new shoes. I have medium to low arches and wide feet. I have had ankle issues in the past so like to have added support.

I put these wonderful insoles into my Nike Vomeros for extra cushion. I work long shifts as a nurse and these help make it a much more comfortable day! I don't remove the original insole that comes with the shoe but just add these in. They are thin enough to do this but still add the cushion I want.

I bought these to replace the insoles in my nike air running shoes. I run about 5-8 miles a day, 5 days a week and really needed an insole that had extra support in the ball of the foot. The first day using these they felt odd, but I gave them a chance and tried running with them. 5 miles later i had the biggest blister on the arch of my right foot, my first in over 3 years and through multiple shoes. Granted I understand sometimes you just have to suck it up and just allow it to toughen up after it heals. I tried that, still hurts [*]. The insoles are also too high in the heel, and my heel actually slips out of my shoe no matter how tight i tie them. I have never had such a bad experience with insoles, and am still catching up on my workouts i had to miss thanks to said blister.

I use these to replace manufacturer's insoles in my running shoes. I find it really is better than theirs plus it gives me the flexibility to prolong the use of my shoes by allowing me to replace some of the original bounce.

I injuried my discs in an accident a handful of years ago and have been unable to run on a daily basis without being in pain. In my latest attempt to return to running, I bought a pair of sorbathane insoles for each of my new running shoes. Wow, what a difference! I can now run every day and not have back pain. I should have thought to do this years ago. What a relief to be able to run again. I feel like I'm running on clouds, there is no jarring to my back.
