        As good as running shoes have gotten over the last ten to fifteen years, my knees and hips still need extra cushioning--these insoles do the trick--I'm a heavy runner (180+ lbs)and I would strongly recommend the extra shock reduction that the Sorbothanes provide.

              I have made countless purchases from RRS
              over the past 20 or so years ! I was a very
              active RRS VIP(491280) member until my retirement in August, 2007. Due to fixed and limited income my RRS purchases have been significantly reduced.
              After 75 completed marathons around the world,
              now i am a recreational runner and I continue to
