Stopped heel pain almost immediately. Comfortable and didn't change my footstrike pattern.

Made of a slippery rubber. Hard to wedge into heel box and make sure it stays put.

Don't let the thin size fool you

      Comments about Sorbothane Heel Pad Insoles:

      Compared this to the RRS heel cushion. This option was better for me as I kept my toe box space. The RRS version was a lot thicker and made feel like I was leaning forward/wearing heels. My heel pain is slowly disappearing; I may just keep them in once the pain subsides. I will buy another pair or two to place in my trail shoes/work shoes.
