I recommend using these balls, and smaller ones( like the Holder ball) as well; I have had back problems, that many would find seriously impairing, BUT IF you keep your core muscles (abdominal and such) strong, and these balls will do that, it will help enormously! Also stretch, gently and do not overdo, both before, and after using the ball, or walking/ running! Always warm up some before doing anything, if you work out in the AM! Pelvic tilts help a lot, and these balls do mimic that, yet much more! See the DVD for ideas; If used correctly, it will help a lot! I am 5'7" and I get the 55mm size here; It really works, along with stretching gently, but if a stretch hurts, back off asap! These balls truly do work very well, with a great price here also! Thanks for another great item!
