I got these to add to my neutral shoes since the neutral plus shoes were feeling too heavy. I had a great run, but the only issue I ran into was that the insole stopped in the middle of my toes (I'm a size 8 and I had the 7-8 insoles). I didn't end up with any blisters or after-effects, but it was a little uncomfortable during an 8-mile run. I would still recommend them since the cushioning felt great and they didn't add too much weight.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
