I just started running recently and finally went to Road Runner to get fitted for some real running shoes. I was so excited. These insoles were recommended to me by my Dr. as I have a mild case of plantar fasciitis. I love these insoles and will buy a pair for each pair of shoes that I own. I run about 32 miles per week on trails and road and these insoles give me the support I need during my runs.
