These insoles were recommended to me by my Dr. as I have a mild case of plantar fasciitis. I love these insoles and will buy a pair for each pair of shoes that I own. I run about 32 miles per week on trails and road and these insoles give me the support I need during my runs.

These are great. I was once prescribed custom orthotics but decided to try these first and they have been a lifesaver. I have high arches and these provide great support. I use them in all my running shoes and replace them about every other time I replace the shoes.
