Sat, June 07,2008:
Purchased these insoles to help provide additional motion control lacking in my stability shoes. Seem to work fine, although I have only used on 5 runs so far. I too experienced the "Squeaking" problem, very noisy. Cured that by rubbing wax candle on insoles and foot-bed of shoe. Completely quiet no...

Thu, August 16,2007:
There is not enough build up in the arch area to give even close to the support I was looking for regarding pronation problems. I found these very over priced and not much different than the insoles that come from the manufacture of the shoe. Basically worthless.

Mon, August 06,2007:
In 2002, I had to stop running for two months due to a stretched Achilles tendon. I bought a pair of SuperFeet and took them to my podiatrist. He was drooling so much over them that I questioned if I would ever be able to wear them! Seriosuly, he flatly stated that this product was almost as good...

They are Ok but I find them a bit to stiff. I was especting something a bit softer. They also have not helped prevent blisters on my feet.

I can't live without these inserts, I have tried others and my knee pain comes back almost immediately. I am about to buy my second pair, I noticed the squeaking too. They only squeak in one of my two running shoes, so I think it just depends on the shoe.

These surprised me. I have a high arch and thought I didn't need "motion control" and tried more cushioned types. Went back to these after achilles problems all summer. Must say, these are AMAZING! Problem-free for 5 months and now back in marathon training. Very highly recommeded!

Sat, January 27,2007:
I really enjoy wearing these, and they don't make any noises as some of the previous reviewers have observed. They gradually correct my running by straightening out my knees as they tend to point inward when I run. Initially, it felt a bit strange, but after running in them, my legs and feet felt ...

The green are too thick and take up too much shoe room for my high instep. The blue are awesome and fit snuggly into my Brooks T4 Racers.

really helped with PF. Great support and shock absorption. If they squeak just put a litte baby powder in your shoe! :)

Thu, September 28,2006:
low rating due to...of all things the skeaky, noisy, palstic bottoms. It may be a mismatch with my shoes. I'm swapping shoes, but I'm sure the noise will follow. Too bad. Otherwise, seems to do the job.

Thu, September 28,2006:
Can only give these inserts a below average rating because they are the noisest, loudest, insert I have ever heard. I got it figured to be the plastic bottoms having a crunchy, mismatch affect with the Adias Super Novas. Too bad. The ride is great, but they wake up the family, scare the animals, a...

Sat, May 06,2006:
I've been wearing the blue ones for a while in my running shoes. They did take a while to get used to, but now I can't run without them--less arch and muscle pain. I bought a pair of men's size 9-11 Superfeet thinking they had more cushion than the blue. They have more arch support than the blue. To...

I am a HUGE fan of superfeet, and have them in my hiking boots and hiking, running, and cycling shoes. Has helped with shin splints, achilles issues, and plantar fasciaitis (which only seem to pop up if I'm not using the insoles!)

Wed, December 29,2004:
Bought these in the hopes of addressing PF in one heel, and tried them out in my normal shoes first (NB991). These are the shoes that I wear during the day, walking around town, and the insoles felt GREAT. The heel cup is quite comfortable, and the PF morning pains seemed to evaporate almost immed...

The "superfeet" seem to be helping with a pronation problem that was causing hip injuries, but it took me SIX WEEKS to get used to them. I still think they feel weird, but they're helping.

My knee problems (pain) slowly went away. Great in cushion shoes to add stability in a lightweight shoe. As important as the shoe it self.

I can't say enough about these - I have plantars fasciitis and am in a marathon training program. Each week the pain was getting worse, to the point where after all the work I thought I was going to have to give it up. A friend recommended these and the first run they took a little getting used to...

When I showed these to my podiatrist, he went "WOW". Much like the RRS ad in its magazine, he saw this product as the best thing next to the $250 items he would normally recommend. I started using these and have had no further Achilles problems. Plus, they can extend shoe life to about 1,000 mile...
