Superfeet Synergizer Blue
This insole is a little thinner and it works well in most lower-volume casual and sport (running, mountain biking, or tennis) shoes, or when you can't remove the inner sole from shoes. It is also ideal for flatter feet that may not tolerate the more supportive Green Capsule.
Women's Sizing: B(4.5-6), C(6.5-8), D(8.5-10), E(10.5-12)
Men's Sizing: C(5.5-7), D(7.5-9), E(9.5-11), F(11.5-14)

I bought 2 pair. One for running and one for casual/work. Worked better than I expected. I have rather flat arches and these made a big difference in comfort and running. Will buy again.

These insoles are great. Both my arches were in pain after long runs. I put these in and it solved the problem. The plastic support is excellent.

Tried a number of over the counter orthotic insoles but always came back to these. I have flat arches and these have gentle but firm support, are super durable, fit with any MC or stability shoe I've worn, plus are lightweight. 3000+ miles in these so far. I won't run without them.

best thing i ever could have done was put these insoles in my shoes they make my runs so pleasureable and i end up with no pain at all after my runs!! swear by these insoles!!

These fit the curves of my feet perfectly and add stability to light shoes. I have an average arch and slight to moderate pronation issues and these have really helped with slight knee pain that I used to experience (whether in neutral or stability shoes). I highly recommend these!

Love these insoles. They gave my low arches the right amount of stability and made my shoes fit me like a glove. In combination with my Kayanos, they gave me the right amount of shock absorption in my heel, as well as the right stability and cushioning. Fit easily into my shoe even if I wear a D wid...
