Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I would not use any other insole. I have grey for cycling shoes, blue for running and hiking shoes, and green for my daily work boots. Just throw away the manufacturer's generic insoles. Superfeet will provide you with so much more support. Bottom line for me is that, when I use Superfeet, I do not think about my feet. When I use other insoles, I have to think about them, because they hurt. Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I have a bag of various insoles that did not work for me. The Superfeet insoles really abated the pain associated with my plantar fasciitis--while the pain was not eliminated, it has been greatly diminished. In addition to my daily running shoes, I bought two other pairs--one for my trail runners and one for my work-around-the-house sneakers! They're truly great! Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: These insoles are heaven sent. I have a number of back and hip issues and was hard pressed to find an insole that could releave my pain. I found out about these insoles about 4 years ago and have been enjoying running, walking, roadmarching, and standing ever sense. Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: AMAZING!!!! I have a plethora of knee problems that have held me back jogging for years. After putting these in my Asics Kayanos I went from a 6 mile routine with jogging about 1.5 miles before my knee gave out to jogging 4 out of the 6 miles in my first run with these insoles. The 2nd attempt I went 13.1 miles (1/2 marathon) and jogged 6 of those miles. I'll never wear shoes without these again. Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I have flat feet, overpronation and peroneal tendonitis in my right ankle, which means my right ankle is loose and rolls too easily inwards AND outwards. I always had terrible pain on the outside of my foot and in my achilles tendon when I got into higher mileage and during long runs. Insoles seem sturdy and high quality, but reviewers are right about less cushioning and feeling weird at first. Still, I didn't break them in before trying them out on a 9-miler (long for me right now), and no ankle pain! Usually my ankle kills me before my muscles are spent but not this time. Have done another 9 miler and 5 miler since, still no pain. Depsite lack of cushion they are very comfortable (although they still feel a little weird its not a bad weird), its almost like they don't need the cushion because they hold your foot correctly. Although after the last long run my feet felt pretty beat up--not sure though if that's from less cushioning or because route was a lot hillier than usual w Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I've used these for years in several different pairs of shoes from running to walking and they do give added support. Recently had a problem with capsulitis and needed less flexible shoes and these have helped with this as well. Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I added the padding as a con because I was comparing to the superfeet orange insoles. I love both the orange and blue, but the blue insoles add less bulk than the orange, mostly due to the blue insoles providing less cushioning. If you're buying insoles for cushioning, get the orange. I felt like both flavors provided the same level of support. I have very flat feet and run in neutral shoes.I can't speak to the pronation control of either insole, but I can tell you they've worked for me. I used the blue insoles on a road run, but I've used the orange on road/trails. I will try the blue insoles on a trail run in the near future. Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: This product seems to force me to underpronate when I normally overpronate. It is thin and light. I wish there was just a little padding in the fore foot and toe area. It has been tremendous in helping with the heavy mileage running. I would highly recommend this product to EVERY athlete. Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I bought this for my wife, who wanted something to give heel support and cushioning in her everyday shoes. It keeps her heel from moving around as well as softens the impact of the tile floors in our home. JH Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: They are better than stock insoles. I don't know what else to say about them. Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I originally purchased a set of these for my new running shoes to replace the stock insoles which did not provide the kind of support I require for my high arches. I broke in my new shoes over the course of 10 days with short runs in the 3-5mi range. I immediately noticed a change. The tightness and discomfort I generally have across my upper back after a run was gone. In addition, the chronic numbness I had been suffering in my right hamstring began to go away. I felt so much better, I purchased another set to put in my everyday shoes. I now move the insoles between shoes every day. They really do support across my entire foot. They are worth every penny whether you are a hard-core runner, or just someone with high arches. Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: After playing heavy duty lacrosse last spring, I developed fallen arches and began to experience ankle and knee pain as well as awful shin splints. After being recommended these inserts I had immediate relief the following day while running! Not ony did these fit in my trainers, but also my cleats without any trimming. Really a great buy. Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I have a normal arch and pronate. The shoes I wear are great, but the insoles stabilize my feet even more. They have saved my feet and knees from further pain, especially plantar fasciitis. My only issue is that I wish it could be stable, yet have a bit more give in the heel. After the longer runs, I can feel my feet getting stressed. Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I got these insoles for my work shoes because I had some mild arch pain. I'm 6'1", 220 lbs and run 2-3 times per week wearing Dockers shoes. Not only did the large size insoles fit my 10.5 shoes exactly without any trimming, but the arch pain went away in about 1 week. Pros

Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: Got these hoping to help with my flat feet and overpronation causing knee pain/IT band issues. Definitely stopped some of the overpronation but I was hoping this would result in less knee pain, which it hasn't really. Seems like a great product though, well made and easy to use. Pros
Cons Best Uses
Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I put superfeet in all my running shoes. Even the best running shoes come with cheap flimsy foam insoles. These really make a difference. Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I bought my blue ones a month ago and it helped my LOW arch and my running improved. After years of pain in my heel and forefoot (Plantar facsia)Spelling--it made me land straight instead on the inside causing pain there. I forgot to put them in my sneakers last week and I paid the price with pain on the inside next to my big toe area. So I iced it and hopefully can resume running in 4 days. Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I forgot! It helped with my knee and back pain by aligning each one and no pain. I sleep well due to my back not having to get back in place while I sleep! Amazing and I am a real person writing this. Weird how many people do not beleive me and prefer surgery! Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: These are the worst insoles I have ever owned. I developed a stress fracture in my lower leg over the course of the 5 days that I wore them (not changing anyting else in my running patterns). Do not buy these unless you like to feel like you are pounding on hard cement barefoot with every step. Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I have very flat feet and these were suggested to me because of knee pain I was having. I have used them now for a few years and they work great. They definitely felt weird at first, and the knee pain did not get any better for about a week and a half. Fortunately, I heeded the salespersons advice to give them 10 runs before I decide they don't work. Right about my 8th run all of my knee pain was gone and I'm a believer every since. Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: I would Highly recommend these insoles! Comments about Superfeet Synergizer Blue Insole: Flat feet....perfect.
