      Bought these for my wife whose feet hurt all the time in her dress shoes - her foot was moving forward in her shoes and as a result had pain in her toes and at the ball of her foot. After using these she has no more pain - these inserts not only support her arch but keeps her feet from moving forward into her shoes. Great product. Going to buy a few more pairs.
